Treat Holder Card/High Hopes Challenge# 152: Anything High Hopes Goes! and OCS February Challenge!

High Hopes Challenge#152 and OCS February Challenge!

Hello,

I created this card for a special lady at my work, I'm so sad she is leaving the company, so many of us at my work are going to miss her a lot. She loves to call us "bebe" no matter how old you're! We will miss seeing her on  her office. Stacey, thank you for being so sweet to us.

I stamped this beautiful lady bug love stamp with memento tuxedo black, colored with my copic markers and fussy cut it. To embellish my lady bug I used my signo pen, heart paper clip, star dust stickles, clear gems, and my wink of Stella pen. I pop her on a nestabillitie circle die. The paper is from "Prima Butterfly Collection". The white lace, white pearls, flower, feather, and red ribbons are from my stash. I used "real red" cardstock from S.U.

Here is a close up!

I used three different circle dies and I sandwich some cheesecloth to give interest to her. I also used my new "Small Stictched Rectangle Stackables" from Lawn Cuts. Yes,,, lots of dies!

It took me two days to finish this beautiful card, because I keep adding elements, and also I want it to be a special card for my friend. Lady bug have a special meaning to her and her family!

And the inside!

I used my distress inks around my DSP and my tracing wheel. I stamped lady bug love stamp again with distress ink. The paper is "We Go To School" from me&my BIG ideas. The sentiment is "Trust God" from S.U

The Back!

I want the back to be pretty too! The sentiment is from "Trust God" from S.U. I made a tag to go inside the holder with the prima paper, I also used my cuttlebug folder "Swiss Dots" for the tag.

Hope you guys are being inspired with my card. Don't forget to stop and check more beautiful cards on High Hopes blog and OCS blog and also play in their challenges.

Get Sketchy With My Favorite Things!

Hi,

Hope everybody in enjoying this beautiful Saturday!
I am back with another card for "My favorite things challenge 214" My idea was to created a Valentines card, but I change my mind in the end... :)    I guess, I don't need any more Valentines cards!

I stamp the image on copic paper, with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I color the image with my copic markers. Some of my markers were to juicy and the ink make a mess. I try to used my 0 marker but I feel it make a bigger mess. I saved the image by covering the boo boo with the darkest copic. It works! I pierce holes and hand sew it with linen thread, also used some silver brads on the axis of the bike. For the middle of the flowers, I used some Stickles. The sentiment was stamped on vellum paper with Versa Mark & Black Embossing Powder. I pop the little girl and the sentiment with 3D Foam Squared.

Here is a close up!
